subframe issue

so after the accident, I’m currently working on my vehicle still after two months I went to change the front transmission mount and realized the subframe was a little squished. I couldn’t even get the socket in there my friend recommends just finding the subframe at the junkyard and he’ll help me replace it. I really don’t wanna give up on this car. I even started to go fund me that nobody donated to lolbut besides the case. what should i do? i honestly plan on just parking her up and buying either another 2g and swap what i can or get 3g and continue fixing her up. side note….i honestly believe my transmission may be cooked but i can’t tell till i get her back on the road, good thing is she still starts right up. i would post link to go fund me but i don’t wanna seem like a bot lol but that would be my last resort. i’m right on money taking care of 2 kids alone and im 26. so advice please 🙏🏾

That's a difficult question for anyone but yourself to answer. If the car has been sitting for two months, then is it safe to presume you have transportation needs to get you back and forth to work fulfilled? That would be my priority; getting back/forth to work to make more money to fund whatever direction you take.
