Steering issues

There is this squeaking noise coming from my driver side right wheel when i turn the wheel. Everytime i drive and steer i hear the squeaking noise, can somebody tell me what the problem is.

More specific?

Is it an abrupt squeak? or continuous until you straighten the wheel? And do you hear the squeak going over bumps also?

Yeah a little bit more details would be helpful. Are you leaking any power steering fluid?
