sputtering

I know im in the wrong section but I get better results in this section. I have a 99 TL. Yesterday when I was driving NORMAL I noticed when the rpms were climbing slowly between 2-3000 rpms the car started to sputter almost as if Im running out of gas. Its done this in the past but I got a CEL and it was my O2 sensor at the cat that was faulty. I mean it was identical to that, but im not getting a CEL. Also when I came to a stop all of a sudden my rpms were purging up and down from 800 to 1500 rpms. Now today, its not doing it no more. Today its running fine. I at least would like a CEL to come on so I can read it to be sure what the problem is. I know that the wires coming from the O2 sensors are very sensative. If they are twisted slightly it will cause this problem, but they look fine. Please help.

Its not the wrong section, it got moved, it was in the performance section. Anyways could it be my TPS malfunctioning? I dont know. My car recently got seafoamed and new plugs.

Typically any time the RPM acts like that its the IACV or TPS. It could cause your sputtering
