Something weird about my windsheild wiper control!!!!!!
alrite so you know how on our windsheild wiper control arm near the steering wheel, theres 4 levels, from top to bottom
4- very fast wiper movement
3. steady fast wiper movement
2. intermediate wiper (once every few seconds)
1. off
level 2 is completely off. when i go from OFF to the second level, it automatically starts the fast wiper movement. this annoys the shit out of me because during light rain i dont want fast wipers, i have to flip the knob to 2, then back to off over and over again
what the hell is wrong? ive tried putting it in 4th, then to 3rd, then to 2nd, and it works for like 15 seconds, but then all of a sudden without pause it always goes back to fast wiper movement
sorry if this is confusing

It is very confusing. The "2" you are speaking of is the one where the speed-sensitive control works. If I'm imagining your scenario correctly, you are experiencing what speed-sensitive wipers do. On the shortest interval on the dial, the wipers will wipe steadily when you are travelling above 12mph. When you stop, or drive below 12mph, they will slow down and wipe every few seconds, or every time you press or let off of the brake pedal.
If you want to adjust this, just turn the dial to the lowest setting.

The dial is right on the switch itself. There's a knob you turn to turn the wipers on, and then right behind it is a dial with bars representing the time delay.
