Question slight idle fluctuations on startup.should I be concerned? ??

Not too worried, but wondering if anyone knows what this might be. When the car warms upjoin startup, the idle fluctuates up and down a bit. It can barely be noticed on my tachometer. Maybe between. 600-900 rpms.she idles consistently after driving for a couple of minutes, just happens when I start her up .I just changed the spell plugs (5 of six), buy she was doing this before the change as well. Is this the automatic choke? (Does it even have an automatic choke? L o l) I was just wondering if this is something to worry about. A simple "do" or "don't" worry will suffice. As always, in grateful for any input you may have!! PS after changing the plugs , there is a noticeable difference in throttle response and pickup. To early
To tell if I'm getting better mileage, but in confident that I will. She drives so smoooooth now!
Thanks

Sounds to me like a dirty IACV Idle Air Control Valve located under the throttle body that needs cleaning, also cleaning the EGR ports helps with idle issues. Hope it helps and change that last plug you don't want to start other problems.
