Side leather coming apart

Hello Guys,
I am looking for some advice to fix my door panels on 2000 Acura TL. All 4 of them are coming apart like this.. What do i do??

Common problem. You can try to get some gorilla glue in there and squeeze it together with some tape or disassemble the panel and do it correctly.
