Wassup every1!!!!!!!!

i just got my 01 TL with 58k on it........ so far so good , but i have noticed that everytime someone is sitting on the passenger side the side airbag light comes on. Im still trying to figure this one out but is this something that is normal . if they lean by the door and i think if they aint wearing their seat belt. is this normal? if not is there a way u can unplug the side airbags for good.

well, have you read your manual? If so, you'd know that was normal.

yes its nomal. Its just to inform you that its been deactivated due to an obstruction (some one leaning on the door) sometimes small objects will trigger it too

Typically it will turn on if someone under a certain weight or if someone is not sitting properly in the seat......does it everytime i put a computer on the seat.....oh btw.......put the kids in the backseat lol

 

lol.......... no kids just grown up riding with me that think this is a buick regal and wants to lean back ...lol
