well wondering if this is normal

the light, sometimes goes on, only when the car is starting up, and when i noticed it went on, the following was taking place. it doesnt stay on for long, i would say 5-10 extra secs after the start up and doesnt come on after driving..

1. my gf was tryin to get the belt out from the side to put it on, once she got it out it turned off. i told her to put her hand there again and fool around, touch the seat n shit, nothing came on

2. she moved the seat backwards/forward (i forget) once she stopped, it came off, and the light never came back on when she move it again



so far i caught it come on twice....im gonna go to my friends dad and ask him WTH is goin on....

 

It is just the sensors picking up on movement. You basically can't duplicate it.

 

I read it in the manual...saying something about if a person leaning against the door or whatever the side airbags turns off...hence the light. Correct me if i'm wrong. I think it said something along that line...
