Should I switch to Mobil 1 Super 2000 oil?
I've been running on Mobil 1 Super Synthetic 5W-30 for probably the past 120,000 km out of the total 126,000 km on my TL. Now that I'm over 120,000 km I'm wondering if any other Canadian high mileage users out there have considered or are using Mobil 1's Super 2000? I'm wondering if I should make the switch. It's also quite a bit cheaper than Syper Syn.
"Engineered in Canada, Mobil Super is recommended for high mileage vehicles with over 120,000 km and provides guaranteed oil drain protection for 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first."
I've been changing oil every 10,000 km to 12,000 km anyways, so perhaps I could go a bit longer running on this Super 2000? I couldn't find any info/reviews on this Super 2000, oil so hopefully someone here can share their opinion/experience on it.
