S2000 Ballasts in a TLS?

I'm looking for a new ballast for my '03 TLS, as one of mine is fried. Anyone know if I can use a ballast from a '01 S2000? Thanks.

it will not mount up under the headlight, but it should work

Ballast from an 04-06 S2000 is the same found in 02-03 TL/TLS, all mounting points are at the same location.

Well I have both of them in my car cuz i bought a new set of hid's for 100 dollars here in NY. I have both of them but 1 is no good.
