RPM's bouncing in idle after Seafoam

Not really much to go wrong, I have noticed on some vehicle that after using seafoam they ran a little different for a couple hundred miles. I think it is affected by how gummed up every thing is in side. I would dive the sh*t out of it for a couple tanks and see how it does.
Yeah you guys are probably right. A couple of times I have started it and it has been all right so I guess it's just working itself out. It does have 242,000 miles also so it's probably a little dirty...
I fixed it...while cleaning my throttle body I noticed a little line that was disconnected. Of course I hooked it back up and the car immediately went to a smooth idle. I'm at 242,000 and I'm gunning to see if I can get to 500K at least. It's been a great car and relatively easy to work on as well.
