hey PITBULL, your problem definitely sounds like a brake issue. there are dozens of posts on here (probably some with pictures) if you do a search on this. basically you will either need to get an impact driver and remove the screws or drill them out. you don't need them for reassembly. drilling them out is probably the easiest.

2 taps with an impact driver took care of mine. The big bolt holds on the axle.

Have a friend tighten the axle nut back up and then do the rest of the work for you.
Reading the thread replace brakes will answer all questions and should be mandatory reading.

If no friends with skills- go to a mechanic- sound like you need real help

the only thing that holds the rotor on is the caliper and those 2 pesky screws. Head down to a sears oe local parts store and get a impact screw driver (not a air tool) it will remove them. Once they are removed there is nothing that holds the rotors on. That large screw can be put back on and torqued to 181 ft/lbs. That only holds your axle on.

This same question has been asked in every thread about replacing rotors. (Search) No, you don't have to replace the little screws.

Could have disturbed the speed sensor lead from the back of the brakes
Many people have managed to break the wire working on or around the brakes

Did you get the brakes taken care of and tighten the AXLE bolt-its very important!

Its very easy to pull the sensor wire from inside its casing- they get old and brittle
there are threads with pics on here about it
If not during the spring install- common time- then maybe you blasted it with the power washer.
