OK guys I've got a problem, i just bought rotors and new pads, I didnt bed them in and they Vibrate bad when i stop. I'm not sure if i should go and get them replaced, or if i can go and get the rotors turned and put new pads on it? I posted a thread a few weeks ago about my vibrating problem, but it seems like its vibrating More often.

Well if you having that many problems with the rotors, id contact teh place you got them, or the manufacturer of the rotors. If there is a problem with them there isnt much we can do for you and is something you should be voicing to the manufacturer of the rotors.

Check this before you put on a new set of rotors. On the caliper, there are 2 bolt that it hangs on to and where the 2 bolt threads into you will see a rubber boot. Those things should be able to move in and out "freely." If not, pull it out, clean and grease it back up. Some would froze up and will not let your calipers to release all the way causing heat build-up which causes warpage..

Just try to avoid sudden or hard breaking during the first couple weeks. Bleed your brakes good and it should be fine.

But I must say, TL has the suckiest brakes I have ever driven a car. I dont understand why? Car too heavy for the brake size or what? My SUV brakes soo much better, faster , and I dont have to apply that much pressure than the tl. Plus its almost 2x heavier.
