Drivers side rear door won't open from outside or inside. I was able to get the door panel half way down from the inside and all the mechanisms seem to be working fine. Door lock actuates fine. I compared all the parts movement to the other side and see no difference. The lever that functions with the outside handle moves freely all the way down and comes all the way back up. It seems like this lever might not be moving the locking switch but I see nothing wrong. Thanks for any help
