My radio contols on the steering wheel went out. I can't turn up or down the volume. It only changes the stations. What can I do 2 fix it.? Buy new controls or can I take it apart nd clean it.????

 

mines does that sometimes, try holding the audio change button and than try the volume again. It wrks everytime for me.

just buy an aftermarket radio. the stock radios are junk anyway pain in the balls to install yourself tho. takes about 2 hours from start to finish. better off buying eveything from best buy and have them do it

 

I whole heartly agree, i cant wait til i get my in dash navi screen installed😁. The damn stock radio dont even f*****g read burnt cds, wtf...

 

yea I agree..im just gonna buy a aftermarket radio..but im good at installing electronics in cars so ill just do it myself..save me sum money..do you know if there's an adapter for the hand controls to work wit an aftermarket radio? Cuz I like the convince of turn da music up and down from the steering wheel.??

 

That's fixable. There's a DIY Sticky in the 2g TL section. Under the Interior/Electrical heading or something like that.
