My ballast burned out, would by igniter still be ok? The ballast wouldnt cause a failure of that would it??

Plus, is this correct for the "ballast" or square computer part of the HID unit fir my 2002 tls ..... 007 33119-S0K-A01 CONTROL UNIT ASSY.
