I need some help in answering if this is repairable with such things as creams, rubs, wet sanding? I have paint damage from mud guards and I also have a white paint smudge on my door from someone opening their door into my car. Here are some pics..

donno about 1st 2nd pictures. but last 3 pictures i have same damage. some stupid people hit my car with their doors. well i got touch up paint. and it looks ok..
if there is any other ways.. let me know -_-;;

 

what i did was use some paint thinner on a cloth and wiped it quickly...its only paint transfer...
