Proper maintanence

Hey everyone! This is my first post on the forum, I recently purchased a 2000 acura tl with 160k. I want to do a full tune up, what do you guys recommend in products? as in spark plug brand, oil, etc. and what maintanence should I be doing besides a tune up? Also is it too late to switch to synthetic? Thanks guys! I appreciate any comment/advice!

You can switch to synthetic at any time you'd like. Spark plugs you should install NGK ix iridium plugs. At 160k it would be nice to have an idea of precious maintenance performed. If timing belt, water pump, tensioner, idler etc haven't been done that is a must do ASAP.

Stay away from Fram oil filters. The muscle car guys I know hate them, and one tried to starve my mom's 2000 Toyota of oil. I use the NAPA gold filters for all my cars as well as Mobil 1 synthetic oil.
For the tranny, only use the Honda tranny fluid and get it changed every 15k.
