Exclamation Problem with parking lights & dash lights

I have a problem with my parking lights, when I turn them on, they don’t turn on at all, and neither do my dash lights, or my climate controle lights all of them are off.
When I turn the headlights on, the headlights turn on, but the parking lights stay off, and still my dash still does not light up; what’s more confusing is that when I turn on my blinker the side that blinks works, the other stays off.
Please help ASAP because I cannot see my speed or any of my gauges at night.
Oh and when I lock or unlock the car, none of the lights flash.

sorry, I read it too fast...I missed the under the hood part, and that was the problem. Acura is amazing becuase there were some spare fuses, so I didn't have to run to the store to get some fuses.
That was an easy fix, thank ya'll

Not sure about a '99 but there are several fuse locations on '02 model. Get familiar with them in advance of trouble. Check the easy things first. Glad you got it working.

most cars now carry spare fuses. theirs a fuse box under the hood, on the pass and drivers side. when u open the door, their is a fuse box cover by the hinge, and on the back of the cover is shows what fuse controls what.

after i replaced my fuse the first time i've had to replace it 2 more times because the fuse keeps blowing...but i figured out what causes it to blow, everytime i put the parking brake on; the fuse blows out.

so now i stopped using my parking brake, but last night when i was parking my leg stepped on the parking brakem and there was a flash inside the car by the peddle, as if someone took a pic with a strong flash...luckily i didn't get shocked. but i'm wondering is this a big problem that i need to worry about?

you most likily have a short, dont replace the fuse with bigger one. keep the same fuse size or you might have a small electrical fire in you car. and get that checked out fast.

small lights fuse is 7.5 fuse if im not mistaken. Im having the saME problem iwth mine, the shop is saying a wiring harness needs to be replaced because of something causing the fuse to blow. i think it was a ground problem with me.

That meter must have an open fuse internally!
