Power Steering Problems

Hey guys, I've got a 2001 TL. Driving around today, I noticed that my power steering pump was making a noise.. I'm not entirely sure how to explain it, but I could definitely hear it from inside with the windows rolled up, so it's moderately loud. Of course, it's only making this noise when I turn the wheel. Last December I had my local Acura dealer replace the pump, and then in September of this year the replacement pump started to make the same noises... and I had it replaced (It took a few days, so they gave me a TSX wagon rental, which is originally the Euro Accord Estate, anyways it's a fantastically awesome car) So when I take it in for another replacement, it'll be the 3rd pump, in less than a year. Anyone know what my problem is or if Honda is manufacturing faulty steering pumps or something? Thanks.

Sounds like they are over tightening the belt? They are very touchy that way. Are they installing rebuilt units?
