Power Steering Problem?

So I’ve been noticing this in my Power Steering reservoir. The fluid in there just vibrates when the car is on, like the glass of water when a T-Rex appraoches in a Jurassic Park flick only seems to be in time with the engine. My steering ability feels normal, my level (when off or on) is within the min/max levels. Anyone have any ideas as to the cause of this? and is it an urgent thing that needs to be fixed?

I like your Jurassic Park comparison. It describes it perfectly. Like tossing a pebble in a placid pond. It's normal, and I like to think it's because our cars/engines are so smooth. By comparison, a typical Chrysler product might have splashed or injured you.[Just kidding!] A side note: a GM ps pump with no circulation in the reservoir and hard steering is a sign of a broken pump shaft.
