Ok dealership is saying my PCM is failing.. And i've read on here, once the tranny is replaced, they also replace the PCM.

Dealership is saying "No, the PCM is never replaced. Price is $900."

Can someone help me find some info that proves that I am correct?

I tried looking up the TSB's, but I can't see to find anything for the '99. Alldata.com is now charging for their services (greedy bastards) so I can't look it up there.

For what it's worth, '00-'03 do require a PCM replacement and there's a specific TSB dealing with the earlier transmission replacements that did not receive new PCMs having to come back to get the new ones. But I have not found anything for the '99 yet. It is possible that, due to the different transmission, the '99 does not require a PCM change.

If any of those TSBs deal with the transmission/PCM replacement, then I would bet it's the 02-027 SEP 03 under General Recall.
