Haven't been on here in years....my 02 TL S....when I put the car in reverse the pass mirror won't turn down. I just noticed this yesterday.....car just has 62k on it....So if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.....also IF it might be in the center console I won't work on it....IF there may be a relay on the trans I may work on it.....really don't want to tear into the console......Thanks bhanse

 

not sure what you're asking about the console - but 9 times out of 10 your mirror switch is stuck in the right or left position (not middle where it has to be for the side mirror to tilt down)

 

yea i had same problem then realized my mirror switch was towards my driver side lol i felt dumb

 

The mirror switch has to be in the middle position for it to work. Make sure its in the middle and try it.

 

is this only for 02-03 models?

 

Yes, 99-01 doesnt have the reverse tilting mirror (nor is it anything you can add to make it work)
