what about the front O2 sensor as code said?..while they are usually just clues, an o2 code is pretty accurate

why all new coils? multi cyl misfire codes? thats usually 1 bad coil

what do you mean CLEANED spark plugs?!?
cant do that to our special 8 dollar each NGKs!!
replace them if over 60-70kmiles on plugs
no regapping, no sandpaper, no sandblasting machine etc..NO NO NO

the most important thing:
Did you reset the ECU after parts install?
so the brain can find them and run a self test to know all is well?

Remove the CLOCK fuse (secret backup power to ECU) on passenger end of dash for a minute and reinsert
you have cleared all codes and reset the ecu!
if codes come back- we do more guessing for you

some years (03?) must do an `idle relearn` procedure afterwards,,very simple diy.
ck our diy list or search for the term
or download owner manual at www.owners.acura.com need cars vin

replaced egr valve? why
,,,did you remove the intake manifold and clean the egr port and passage system?
messes up running bad as they clog,,but code will says its valve
this is needed every 75kmiles and not in any book,,but azine knows!
see diy..

I just had the code for the O2 sensor front bank. I replaced the front one and the light came back. So I then replaced the rear one also and has been fine since. Apparently the rear O2 sensor will throw the same code as the front from what people were telling me and what happened to mine

if you wore out a front O2,,the rear took same abuse
car may have been run on 87 a lot and pushed hard?
or cheap dirty gas,,or plain ol it just wore out with ...150kmiles??
It happens

USE only DENSO sensor,,the OE supplier, and found at any parts store
they are total plug and play= no cutting, no nonsense (just reset ecu)

Note: smog tech buddy says regular use of seafoam in gas will extend life of cat and O2s by years!
possibly well past when you still own the car = may never need to replace!
bonus-car runs better when systems are kept clean
