study some diagrams..
study the bottom of the car with subframe placement.
the engines are very similar, but it doesnt mean the subframe is the same, nor does it mean the mounting points would be the same...so study the diagrams of these two parts.
usually, when one is asking this type of question its because one is looking for the cheapest part possible. and someone happens to be selling the a2 oil pan for cheap...which makes you interested....but it might not fit...so, your best bet is to buy the one for your car...ie; do not buy the a2 version unless you are sure.

Go to an Acura vendor parts website and compare the pans for a TL-P & TL-S and report back what you find.
