oil leak

oil leak

I am new to the site but have already found alot of useful information I have a 2003 tl s type and oil is leaking from camshaft thrust cover on the back head by firewall can i just pull this cover and replace oring or do i have to pull valve cover and loosen other assemblies under valve cover before i can pull the thrust cover

Are you referring to the Cam seal ???

The leak is on the side of head opposite the timing belt

My 99 Acura TL had the same problem and it was fixed. The mechanic fixed the water passage gasket leaking and fixed the camshaft thrust leak at the same time.
