ok it seems that my tl likes to make the humming sound when the car is not even on its weird me and my friends would be hangin outside by the car and we can hear it out of no where like eeeehaaaahee.. cant really figure out why it would do that? navi or something?

I dont have navi.... lol it sounds like a very low freq humming that changes tone...I noticed this after installing an amp + subs.

 

Normal. It's the fuel pump purging the pressure from the gas tank.
