No power for 5 seconds

I put my stock headers on so I decided to change my o2 sensor also. I used a universal one from bosch. Now my 2000 TL w 97000 mi hesitate/almost stalls when engine is on it first start up. It doesn't matter if the engine is warm or not. It will stall a bit when engine is turned off for longer than 15 minutes. Is it a O2 problem? It didnt do this until I replaced it. I checked all vacumn lines. Help!!!

scrooge and screwed

I had someone else install my headers and that stipped the thread by screwing in the O2 wrong so it rattled. I had the O2 welded in place to stop the rattling and leak. I was thinking tha the tranny might be going out again. Would it matter how it operates cold vs warm? Oh yeah, universal was 40 bucks cheaper. I thought it does the same thing.
