No HEAT!

So I began my drive back from florida and realized I have no heat, I'm trying to change out the thermostat on this snowy day in connecticut, but I traced the radiator hose and couldnt find it in an obvious place. Anyone know where it is?

No heat in the car as in trying to warm your self up? Or the motor (temp gauge) isnt warming up?

If you dont have heat IN the car its not your Thermostat.

Somewhat off topic, but in the above illustration for the T-stat location, #'s 14 & 15 are thermosensors......right ? Which one would give the reading for the engine's operating temp ? I'm assuming that one of them controls the cooling fan if above a predetermined temp value. Is there one of these sensors that could be keeping the engine in a "cold" cycle and cause poor gas mileage ? Thanks if you have any info on these.

Actually there are 2 other sensors, 1 for the fan and another temp sensor. Im not positive off the top of my head which one would help determine cold.

2 other sensors- in addition? So #'s 14 & 15 have nothing to do with either the fan or eng. temp.? Or did I misunderstand?

is the fan blowing at all? cuz i my fan stop working and the heat stop working. i checked under the glove box where the fan for the cabin is and the wire to the fan was loose. i dont know if that is it but its worth a try.

There are 3 temp sensors on the TL and 1 fan sensor.
