New Blower Motor does not blow hard

I just installed a new blower motor and transitor on my 2003 TL type S and the it is running but the air does not really come out hard like it use to.

the far left drivers vent barely has any flow.

Could I have installed it wrong? I had to use a new motor from Advanc Auto becasue my acura dealer was out of stock and thier part was $50 more.

any ideas?

the filters may be in backwards
Ck the direction of flow is from passenger side towards driver side
arrow on filter should look like this <------ FLOW

fan blade put on same direction, cant be accidentally flipped?

Thanks, I will look into this but I actually did not have to remove the filters to change the motor.

I replaced the Filters about a month ago just before the motor and transistor died and I just double checked that the air flow is pointed in the right direction.

Is it possible that I crossed the wires and it is running in reverse? the new motor was not from Advance Auto so it came with 2 wires (orange and Black) and the orange was labeled positive. So I cut off the connector in the old harness and spliced in the new motor. I put the yellow/black wire to black on the motor and the blue/red wire to the orange wire on the motor??

Thanks for the suggestions.

sorry, just saw a typo. the New Motor WAS from Advance not acura so it had wires instead of a plug.
