Need SE region HD navigation files

Does anyone have the southeast region files for the 99 TL's hard disk? I am in the northeast and would be willing to trade. I can send a blank CD and self-addressed mailer along with a copy of the northeast files on another CD.

1. How do I send and recieve PM?

2. Would somebody be nice enough to share the NE maps for 1999 TL?
