need help and suggetions on 2002 TL 3.2 S headlight

One of the light bulb is not working. Checked fuse and it is o.k.
I checked with Acura dealer $150 for bulb may need inverter and ignitor.
Could cost up to $800 for a $7.00 halogen light bulb replacement for other cars.
1. Is there any conversion to regular halogen bulb solution?
2. Where can I get the Torx 20 screwdriver? Is it really dangerous to mess with the capacitor, as it says on the part?
3. Is there any other economical and cool solution?
Any comment will be appreciated!!!

Best regards,
Steplee

take the bulb from the working side and and put it in the non working side. If it lights up you know its the bulb. If not you know its the inverter. If its the bulb contact one of our vendors like Excelerate and get a new pair of bulbs for that price. Always replace HIDs in pairs so that the color matches.

Search for the link how to change the HID bulbs...it will smooth out the process.

Probably should change both the bulbs at once, although when this happened to me I didn't have $260 to spend on bulbs so I just purchased one. Honestly, I'm probably the only one who could tell the difference.
