Hi guys, I'm new to the forum but I own a 2000 acura tl. I locked my keys in my car back a few months ago and didn't have a spare.
So I had to pry into my door and get my door to unlock but doing so we bent my chrome trim around the door. I was wondering if y'all had an extra piece of know where I can find it. I'm located in hickory, North Carolina.
My trim on my passenger side door is the one that is bent

So, did ya manage to get inside the car at the time ?
Best thing to do is to either get your friendly local cop or a locksmith to help ya when keys are locked inside.

The chrome door trim can be bought online through an Acura OEM parts store or try your local auto recycler's salvage yard. Maybe check the "Black Market" sub-forum.

 

Your better off checking with your local salvage yard preferably the ones you can pull your own parts, I tried to order from online and they wont ship it, Or try the local Acura dealer.
