Need help accessing rear passenger side door lock actuator

The lock has been working on and off intermediately since I've purchased the car and I've been having a lot of trouble trying to access the actuator. I can remove the panel and the plastic covering, but I can't figure out how to reach it. I haven't been able to find a DIY that can explain with enough detail on how to access it. Does anyone have some step-by-step instructions with some pictures? Thank you!

Does the lock for that door work freely when operating manually by the pin ?
If it is difficult to depress or pull up, then simply lubing the internal rod mechanisms for that door's lock may help resolve your problem.

Otherwise, just locate the wiring connector for the actuator which is near to the door's latch end. You can then check for power at that point. Could possibly be a bad wire or switch if intermittent ?
