Navi problem ...

i have a 99 TL .. when i turn my car on, and the navi starts to boot up. An error comes up and says, "hard disk error, consult your dealer" ..and i took out the hard drive, cleaned it, and got it reflashed. The error still comes up, anything i can do/ check out for this problem.
