Post My Project TLS write up

Acuraziners, today I will be posting a write up of my project on my 2003 Acura TL Type S. And since I'm one of the newer members of azine, I'll tell you a little bit about me and my history with my Acura. This car is Aegean blue no navi with about 210xxx miles, black leather interior. I've had this car for maybe almost two years, given to me from my parents. I believe it's on its second tranny. It's been sitting for 11 months and I've finally decided to get it running properly again. I realized recently after reading my Acura owners manual for the first time that I'm inexperienced in the automotive world and didn't know half the stuff that I thought I knew. My first car was a 1993 Acura Legend, I sold it to the junkyard because I never took care of it. My current Acura is headed in the same direction as my last one if I don't do the necessary and proper maintenance. I recently had it jump started and moved to my driveway and now it's sitting with a dead battery and with the driver and passenger tires off on jacks because they were flat. I'm guessing it's a slow leak in the tire wall because I filled them and they aren't going flat. So far, all of the maintenance issues that I'm aware of are: dead battery, oil leak stain underneath car, mushy brake pedal, slow gear shifter (feels like it's clogged with dirt maybe), interior lights not working properly, dome map light is out, dash clock light is out, gauge cluster lights are low, foggy headlights, one light ballast may be out (lights aren't the same color), fog lights glass broken on both , dirty engine compartment, rusted brake rotors, and that's about it. Being inexperienced, I come to Azine for help on my project tls. Any advice is appreciated. I posted a few "help me" posts but this is the full write up.
To start, I plan on sea foaming. I bought a can of regular Seafoam to the method of 1/3 bottle in intake vac port, 1/3 in crank case, 1/3 in tank. I saw this recommended on here --> Shut off engine, put line and clamp back on. Wait 15 min max after starting engine. Let idle until mostly stable. Drive 2000 rpm until engine smooths the run 4000 rpm in second or third gear, then do some side road 10 mph full runs to vtec, 5000 rpm in 2nd gear and back off (repeat3x).
I also bought a can of Seafoam cleaner and lube along with the Seafoam trans tune. It is possible to use all three at the same time? Or should I use them in intervals. I'm thinking to use the trans tune a bit later after oil and filter change. So im guessing after the I use the Seafoam in vac port gas then intake, I should hot change oil right?
How long should I wait to do the trans tune? I want to do a 3x3 flush of the tranny.
I'll use Honda dw1 fluid for trans and mobile 1 ep 5w20 for oil.
Will be doing a simple radiator flush.
As for my brakes, I plan on bleeding them. Idk what to do after that, I want to use some type of lube for the pads, calipers. I was reading to use a silicone grease for rubber bushing on calipers. I should mention that I am on a budget and can't spend too much money and go all out.. I'm not too worried about the interior lighting even tho it would be helpful if someone knows the bulb sizes. And that's about it. Since I'm on a budget, I will be doing the magnesium sulfate method or Epsom salt to restore my battery.
