motor mounts - necessary to replace?

motor mounts - necessary to replace?

I'm pretty sure mine are shot judging from all the vibrations i have and the "clunk" when I start the car - but do they really need replaced if I can live with the vibrations?

depending on bad they get you should have them replaced - you may create bigger issues later.

are engine mounts covered when our cars are lowered ....ezpecially with coilovers?

i need to know this before I ask the dealer to give my engine mounts a check.

I would recomend replacing them Along with rougher idle, power isnt being put to teh ground as well with them bad.

Lowering it has nothing to do with motor mounts.
