Welcome Jim c !!!
Moisture in our headlamps is a rather common issue. The affected headlamp assembly will need to be resealed or replaced. Many other owner's have converted to aftermarket HID replacement kits. These kits feature new technology, being less expensive and water resistant.
For more detailed info on HID problems and fixes.....check the 2nd Gen "DIY" sticky or search the many previous related threads on the subject. Good luck !!!
