Middle A/C vents issue

There isn't much air coming out of the middle vents even when the A/C is turned up all the way. The side and rear vents are fine. I changed the cabin filter which seemed to help some.

I know that I need to get back there to see what the issue is but I was just wondering if anyone had any tips before start messing with everything...

I forgot to mention that when the a/c is set to just top vents (air blowing in face) there is air coming out from under the dash

I thinking something along those lines. But could it be possible that it would only affect the middle vents? Both the driver's and passenger's vents are fine.

sounds like a blend door issue.

I took apart the plastic panel that covers the gauge cluster, driver's vents, etc. I put my hand down the middle duct and could feel the blend door. It moved very freely. I turn the A/C on and moved the vent one way which stopped the air from coming through. Then I opened it and tons of air blew out. I then played with the controls, setting it to defrost, floor, etc. Everything worked fine, but I don't think the door ever moved when I switched to the different settings. I put it back together and now everything works great. I even think that the middle vents blow better then the sides.
