Yes, I have used it and it works great. Although it takes a little to figure out exactly how much to add, but some cars react differently. I ended up doing a little less than recommended on my car in order for it to show results. On the gf's '03 325ci, I ended up putting in more than normal. It takes some playing but it does work good.

I've used Lucas and it worked great! I had an idling problem when I first got the car and I suspected that the last owner was using cheap gas which clogged the injectors over time. I put this stuff in the tank and I haven't had the idling problem since! Best of all it was only $4!!

I use BP/Amoco premium gas and have never had a problem in any car I have ever owned as far as fuel consumption, deposits, hesitation.
If you use a good quality fuel, and change oil on time you don't need anything. A lot of people on here swear by seafoam and I'm sure it works, but I don't think my car will ever need it.
In the winter I use a bottle of DryGas every other fillup just to be sure condensation is non existant to avoid fuel freeze. Then again I always keep at least half a tank in the car when temps get that cold.
Strict maintence is the key to giving your car a long life at low cost.

Chris:
Seafoam rocks- its the exact stuff used in fuel injection cleaning machines that shops charge $100 to do, and we do it way better!
Seafoam also used as winter ice/moisture prevention in fuel and more
Read the can and the website- most here do the 1/3 can method- I use a full pint can and it works on super clean strength then
Most car makers now say to clean the injectors every 15k miles, gas has gotten worse so we need to counteract it
That 25 gallons is the MAX fuel load - that means weakest dilution and still working at all
Toss it in to 5 gallons and see what it does!!
I run a can of seafoam to 1/4 tank in the TL - its allowed when you do the math
Side note on Lucas- their fuel cleaner raises octane 3 points when used 1.75 oz to 1 gallon of fuel- so dont worry about using to much as a normal treatment when it will take that ratio!
