Hey guys quick question on my tl i have replacement mufflers since mine were rusty and broke off but now when i drive its rattling i dont know if its real loose but can this be fixed like rewelded or anything to stop the annoying rattling on bumps?

 

sure you can fix it- stop by a private (not big Corp name) muffler shop and ask them to take a look
Could be a loose clamp, or needs a better hanger or more hangers...
or bad internal part in muffler
Warranty?

did you do the install?
if no, do you trust those same idiots? or better to go somewhere else
if no warranty go to another shop
Look for places that sponsor race cars- they do stange fixes every day

thanks will do. I actually got it from autopartswarehouse and there is a warranty in the muffler but it was installed by a shop attached a gas station but he only charged me 50$ since it was direct fit no welding required

 

take it back to the guy who installed
See if its internal part issue or faulty installation
