Interior Trim Removal

My clock has a loose connection as it its illumination is intermitant when on bumpy roads. Whats the best way to remove the woodgrained trim to acess the conector? Thanks

just pry it up. clips are the only thing holding it in place

OP, if you're trying to replace the dash clock bulb, you won't even need to remove the wood trim.
