Having trouble with that rear view mirror?? We are having a special this month on replacement, upgraded mirrors. This runs to the end of the month, March 31st.

thats where more new customers may be found for gen2 TL at least

For noobs to the TL: If the dimmer doesnt work despite green power light on,
If you have an discolored oval shape in center of mirror, or dotting, or weirdness along its edges,,replace ASAP

the mirror will explode sending really really bad,, hard to clean up stuff,, all over the interior,
and if you are sitting in the way,,,well,,,,lets just not be!! its that bad!!
hospital visits have been reported--dont lick the stuff for sure!!!!!!
its not soda spilled on your sunglasses~

the new mirrors have a different ~non hazerdous~ mixture inside-

note: those with dark rear window tints- the dimmer part wont work even with new mirror,,,,but if you have the other symptoms its worth fixing

there is a cheap option for those people who dont need the dimmer and are keeping the car long term- see the main mirror thread
