Interior Rattles

Lately I've been getting rattles from what sounds like the rear doors and my driver seat is makiing an odd creaking kind of sound whenever I accelerate and brake. The motor seems to slip slighty on the seat when I make an adjustment, not sure if that's what I'm hearing though. Any suggestions? Car has 56k miles and has not been beaten on. However when I first got the car I had to make lots of seat adjustments, because I had back problems at the time and couldn't get comfortable, I'm thinking this put some extra stress on my drivers seat.

Is the motor itself slipping or the seat on the rails? I would tighten down any bolts you can find and go from there.

I plan on taking my seats out once the weather gets nice to fix squeaking seat belts and to thoroughly clean the carpet.
