Inside Door Panel Removal

I need to access the inside of the rear passenger door to see why the window will neither raise or lower. I hear the mechanism for the window moving when I hit the switch, but the glass itself does not move.

Since I'm relatively new at auto repair, this is possibly a dumb question, but how do I remove the inside panel of the door?

Ok, I figured out the door. Was actually quite simple one I saw what needed to be done (Thanks to this thread: https://acurazine.com/forums/audio-video-electronics-navigation-22/2nd-gen-cl-door-panel-removal-335272/). Unfortunately, one of the cables of the raising/lower mechanism seems to have broken, resulting in the window lowering by itself. Looks like a rats nest of cable in there since my wife kept trying to make the window go up and down...

Looks like a trip to the repair shop for me...

Took it in to the local dealership. Turns out the regulator gave up the ghost. 500 bones later, I have an operable window... Thanks for the parts link, that will come in handy!
