how to removethe speedo & tach needles?

Yeah, you can just ease them off. But, most wouldn't recommend it. If you are removing them to put on glow gauges or something, you'll most likely never get them calibrated correctly again.

yeah. honda gauges are a bitch to get re-calibrated properly. i accidentally ripped the needle out of my friend's prelude speedometer. needless to say he hasn't had a speedometer since then.
