How To Blackout The Inside Housing Of The Headlight

I Noticed Some Of The 2nd Gen Tl's (99-01)have The Inside Houseing Black.how Do U Do That.please Help

I just pulled the HID bulb out and stuck the nozzle of the spray can in the bulb hole and sprayed. It looks good. Only problem is it's tough to see at night
