Horrible Steering Wheel Wobble

Horrible Steering Wheel Wobble
This seemed to have started instantly.
When at slow speeds (0-30mph) I have a horrible wobble in my steering wheel. At higher speeds..it seems to calm down.
Applying breaks doesn't make any difference...so its not my rotors or brakes going bad.
Doesn't matter if im turning or going straight. Still present.
I pulled over on highway, jack up car just enough to see if I could wiggle the rims (thinking wheel bearing)...their nice and solid. Lug nuts nice and tight too. Dont see no bubbles in tires.
Suggestions on next thing to check? Really appreciate your help.

If it's doing it at really slow speed, like 5mph, it's probably a tire with a shifted belt or ply separation. If it only vibrates on acceleration, under load, it could be a cv axle or motor mount.

Its worse at very slow speeds...say under 15 mph. When im going 70 on highway...very little noticeable. I bought the car just few weeks back. But this problem wasnt present at all. Was present for about 500 miles (took a trip). Just started almost over night.
So hopefully just bad tire. Their getting low on tread anyways...I will replace and see what happens. Thank you

bad tread means no diagnosis available till that's fixed
ask tire store to look over the steering and suspension
Its possible the hub bearing is going, that's about right for the speeds mentioned
BUT without solid tires.....
ask the shop to look for you- its their job= they know how
note: I use a tire shop found on CL with off brand names made by major companies, a set of very trick summer/performance tread design remarkably similar to kumho for 80 bucks!!! each= out the door/mounted balanced fees etc for 225 55 18s
50 series were 10$ cheaper but I like that little extra sidewall for bump absorption.
the installer (not the salesman) said- these are made by kumho

I've been told that a shaking wheel at low speeds means something isn't 'round'. Are your rims damaged?

Check the balancing. If there was tire separation you'd certainly would feel it at all speeds. As for bent wheels i feel like you'd feel it more at higher speeds versus low speeds. Either way if you tried rotating your fronts to rear and rears to front just do a quick little inspection on the wheels, it should be perfectly round if its not bent. Sometimes theres a little flat spot almost similar to a straight line when it should really be round. Then again if the tires were off balance you'd feel it more at high speeds too. Most issues related to tires would be worsened by speed, not lessened. Depending on the tread on your tire you should still replace them if its really necessary. Its needed to enjoy our cars let alone any car handling and performance wise.
With your circumstance definitely check out your suspension/brakes.
