High Mileage Maintenance?

High Mileage Maintenance?
So, my girlfriend got an '03 TL-S like somewhat recently (like 6-8 months ago or something), and it had 145,000 miles on it (nearing 156k now), besides oil change(s), her and her parents haven't done anything to it, i was wondering what you guys thought should be done to keep it running for a while. in terms of spark plugs, fluids, air filters, etc.
as of right now, the problems i notice is a shaking steering wheel while braking at higher speeds (rotors/pads?), and a nasty spoiled food/old cheese smell (i saw some "fixes" for this on other forums).
the tranny is also "rebuilt" so hoping that stays all well for a while.

see if it got the 105-timing belt water pump job done,,its at critical stage of not done yet
trans--blue bolt heads or private shop rebuild?
ck a spark plug- the TL takes special 8 dollar each plugs!!
ck air filter
change brake fluid, change ps fluid, change cabin air filter
inspect brakes- probably needs front rotors and pads to fix shake, may have bad suspension parts..ball joints are popular
Have a shop do a professional inspection and needs list

register with acura as new owner- 1 800 382 2238x5,,need cars VIN
ask if all recalls taken care of-
recent one on airbag inflator,,old one for some 03 got a free timing belt job!!...never know what they will find in the history
Also ask your local dealer service dept to run the VIN and see if any recalls OPEN, or past history of warranty repairs pop up

seafoam will be your new best friend,
twice thru half tank of gas,, or 1 gas and 1 vac port method then good for a year
do engine oil method just before next change, to get rid of 8+ years of crud buildup in oil passages
that stuff really is `tune-up in a can`
