hid low beam not working, moisture in light
When I first turn on lights , low beam will come on for a second or two, then go out. Also moisture in light, didn't know if this would have anything to do with light not working. Repairman said it was a bad ballast.

welcome to the forum
you have a compound problem:moisture is getting past a bad seal on the headlight lens.
you can replace entire housing- about 100 each aftermarket, or reseal yours DIY with some effort
after that fix stops moisture entry,,it will stop dripping out the bottem and directly onto the ballast-the non-waterproof ballast!! causing its failure,,,maybe pop a fuse along the way
best way we have found to fix, is a complete HID kit from hidextra.com or hidconcepts.com- both members here and give us a discount
Just got mine and will be glad to have 2 headlights at all times again!
came with 2 waterproof ballast- 2 connector wires light to ballast and 2 HID bulbs
(under 80-100 bucks complete!!!)- look for coupons online or ask for ziner discount)

someone recently took apart the old ballast to show the damage water did to its internals--not pretty
